Q:How fast can you start?

A:It depends on how busy we are at the moment you place your order. We will inform you about this when you place the order but usualy when we are not busy we can start in 1-2 business days, if we are busy we start in 6-7 business days. It also depends on the type of project, a banner design can be done in paralel with other projects, same regarding a logo design, thus we could start working on a banner ad or logo design in max. 24 hours.

Q:Is rush service available (and how much will it cost)?

A:Yes, rush service is available but it will cost you 20-45% over the standard price.

Q:Will I have exclusive rights to the design that I order from you?

A:Yes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Q:Do I have to pre-pay you?

A:It depends on the project value. If the project is less than $100.00 than we request 100% prepayment, for projects over $100 we request 50% as a deposit and 50% upon completion and 100% satisfaction.

A:We accept Wire Transfers, Rapid Money Transfers, PayPal, Credit Cards, Money Bookers and AlertPay
